Found this for Dew as she's got a new phone but it doesn't have any decent wallpaper preinstalled.

If you have infrared or Bluetooth from your PC to your phone you can just generate your wallpaper then right click the image, "Save As..." somewhere then use IrDA/Bluetooth to transfer the file - no WAP needed.

You can also see what other people have been generating if you play with the number in the URL (but this isn't safe for work!).
