For repairing a PC after a malware/virus infection, Trend Micro have a Damage Cleanup Engine / Template which might come in handy. Also, if you want to turn your PC into a server then Uniform Server might be the answer. Has PHP, MySQL, Perl, and the Apache HTTPd Server all ready for your USB stick. Portable Freeware might also come in handy. Includes utilities as well as games.

New Star Wars Film: Star Wars Revelations
